What We Do

Remodeling, Improvement and Repair for Your Home

CraftWise is a residential remodeling, improvement and repair company. Most of what we do is project work โ€” kitchens, bathrooms, interior updates, custom carpentry and added living space โ€” with everyday repairs and maintenance handled by the same team.

For homeowners planning a larger project, we have dedicated pages for kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling, for home additions and in-law suites when a home needs more square footage, and for carpentry and built-ins. Projects that involve more than one room are covered on our remodeling services hub.

Not every job is a remodel. Doors that no longer latch, damaged drywall, flooring that needs replacing, fixtures that need swapping โ€” that work is handled by the same team, and our home repair services page covers it in more detail, along with drywall repair for that trade specifically. When several smaller items are on the list, CraftWise Day Projects can group them into one scheduled project with the scope agreed up front.

CraftWise serves homeowners across the Greater Orlando area through our Orlando Area location. Local details live on our community pages โ€” for example handyman and home repair services in Windermere, along with pages for Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden โ€” and every community we cover is listed across the areas we serve.

For offices, retail units and managed properties we offer commercial handyman services. We work on scheduled appointments rather than emergency call-outs.

What We Do

Residential Projects and Services

Updated suburban kitchen with white shaker cabinets, a gray island with seating and stainless steel appliances

Kitchen Remodeling

Cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting and layout changes that make a kitchen work better day to day. We plan the sequence before work starts so the room is out of use for as little time as possible.

Bathroom Remodeling

Vanities, tile, fixtures, tub-to-shower conversions and full bathroom updates โ€” including changes that make a bathroom easier to use over time.

Tile & Flooring Installation

Professional porcelain and ceramic tile installation for floors, kitchens, bathrooms, showers, and custom residential spaces.

Renovated open-plan living and dining area with wood-look flooring, a staircase and built-in cabinetry

Interior Remodeling

Updating rooms rather than only repairing them: layouts, finishes, trim, flooring transitions and paint, planned together so one room does not end up out of step with the next โ€” including projects that cover more than one room.

Carpenter installing wood shelves in white built-in cabinetry in a home

Carpentry & Built-Ins

Trim and molding, custom shelving, built-ins and finish carpentry, with precise measurements, clean joints and stable construction.

Crew building a single-story home addition with open framing and drywall in progress

Home Additions & In-Law Suites

When a home needs more space rather than a different layout: additions and in-law suites, planned around what the property and the local requirements actually allow.

Doors, Windows & Exterior Improvements

Doors refitted so they close and latch properly, new hardware and thresholds, door and window casing, weather sealing, and exterior trim and railings โ€” improvements that help a home work better and hold up to heat and humidity.

Repairs & Home Maintenance

The smaller jobs on the list: drywall and ceiling repair, flooring repairs, light fixtures and ceiling fans, faucet and fixture swaps, grab bars and handrails, and shelving or wall mounting โ€” handled by the same team that does our project work.

Smaller residential improvements?
