SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications sent by or on behalf of CraftWise Handyman LLC, doing business as CraftWise Handyman & Remodeling (“CraftWise,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. SMS PROGRAM

Where you have provided the applicable consent or otherwise requested text communications, CraftWise may send text messages regarding:

Service inquiries;
Appointment scheduling and reminders;
Estimate and proposal follow-ups;
Project updates;
Customer service;
Account or transaction information;
Review or feedback requests;
Promotions, special offers, or marketing communications, where permitted by applicable law; and
Other communications relating to your relationship with CraftWise.

2. CONSENT

Where consent is required by applicable law, by affirmatively providing the applicable consent you authorize CraftWise to send text messages to the telephone number you provided.

Depending upon the consent provided and applicable law, messages may be sent using automated technology.

Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services from CraftWise.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies depending upon your interactions with CraftWise, your service request, project status, and communication preferences.

4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

CraftWise is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

5. OPTING OUT

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to a CraftWise text message.

After an opt-out request, CraftWise may send a confirmation message acknowledging the request.

We will process opt-out requests in accordance with applicable law.

Opting out of marketing text messages may not prevent communications that are legally permissible or necessary for an active transaction, project, account, safety matter, or other non-marketing purpose, subject to applicable law.

7. MOBILE CARRIERS

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside CraftWise’s complete control.

8. TELEPHONE NUMBER RESPONSIBILITY

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the telephone number provided to CraftWise or otherwise have authority to provide consent for communications to that number.

If your telephone number changes or is reassigned, you should notify CraftWise or opt out before discontinuing use of the number.

9. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with CraftWise text messaging is handled in accordance with the CraftWise Privacy Policy.

We may use service providers to facilitate text message delivery and management.

10. CHANGES TO THESE SMS TERMS

CraftWise may update these SMS Terms periodically.

Updated SMS Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.
